Supervisor Patient Accounting
SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Manager/Regional Director, Supervisor Cash Posting, plans, directs, evaluates, controls, and organizes the staff and functions of the Revenue Cycle Department.

Position Specific Expectations:
Billing, Follow-Up, Cash Posting, Customer Service, Clerk/Scanning, Denials and Underpayments are identified in the specific assignment sheet for a Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of Associate Degree and relevant experience may be acceptable.
- Three years of patient accounting or patient access experience.
- Experience in health care setting.
- One year leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and billing systems/software.
