Supervisor Clinical Research
Position Summary:
Supervise staff and perform Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Clinical Research Regulatory Coordinator duties, as applicable.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the organization's clinical research staff including assisting with interviewing, performance improvement, and evaluations.
- Assist in attaining organizational goals and strategic plans.
- Supervise department operations including research coordination, monitoring, and problem solving.
- Ensure clinical research policies and procedures are developed and maintained.
- Prepare reports and keep upper-level management informed of department operations
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three years of clinical research experience
- Clinical research certification required or agrees to obtain certification within six months of employment.
Preferred:
- Five years of clinical research experience
- Previous supervisory experience
