RN House Supervisor (Officer) - Night Shift
Required:
Graduate of a Nursing program.
One year of prior work experience in Nursing
Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license
BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or Canadian equivalent, is required before start date and valid at least 60 days beyond start date.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in science in Nursing
Three years of prior work experience in Nursing or Charge Nurse work experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Required) :
Demonstrated ability to interact (both verbal and written) with patients, families, health team members and physician staff
Demonstrated leadership qualities such as team building, collaboration
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving attributes
Demonstrated behaviors consistent with reliability and accountability
