Patient Coordinator II Concierge Service
· Bachelor's degree
and three years of related experience in healthcare; or equivalent combination
of education/ experience required. A
Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Michigan, is preferred.
· Two years of
experience as a Patient Coordinator I preferred.
· Two years of
experience with the Cerner Scheduling application.
· Requires high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential
situations with demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Detail oriented.
· Analytical ability.
