Patient Coordinator II Concierge Service
Responsible for processing new enrollment forms from referring physicians and answering calls from their offices.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate required information to the referring physician's office.
• Dictations (E.g. Consult Notes, Operative Notes, Radiation Notes)
• Radiology Reports
• Pathology Reports
• Process all new Referring Physician Communication enrollment forms.
• Manage all referring physician return mail.
• Responding to calls from referring physician offices.
• High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or healthcare-related experience.
• PC and word processing skills are required.
• Knowledge of billing and managed care programs preferred.
• Familiarity with third-party insurance verification, authorization, and referral procedures preferred.
• Familiarity with cancer-related information and terminology.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
