Enrollment Specialist Bilingual
Job Summary: Responsible for enrolling eligible women into the BCCCP.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all phone calls re: BCCCP enrollment.
- Identify and enroll eligible women into the BCCCP.
- Facilitate appointments.
- Assemble and mail enrollment letters to patients.
- Navigate BCCCP eligible women to dispel any barriers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, some college preferred.
- Customer Service skills and experience required.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Proficient in Word, Access, and Excel.
- Must have good organizational skills and can work well independently and as part of a team.
