Infusion Center Scheduler
- Schedules and reschedules
- Obtains and updates necessary demographic and related data according to policies and procedures.
- Interacts with administration,
- Interacts with financial services staff to provide information needed to secure reimbursement
- Proficient in computer program applications, knowledge, and skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, and/or scheduling experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of health care and/or customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer program applications, knowledge, and skills.
