Director Marketing Business Development - McLaren Medical Group
Position Summary: Responsible for all activities related to Marketing & Business Development. Works closely with executive staff to create and implement comprehensive policies and programs related to marketing research, business development, strategic planning, brand management, advertising, social media, event management, community relations and hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of the marketing staff for assigned subsidiaries. Assures compliance with all McLaren system-wide marketing standards, guidelines and work processes. Works to monitor and support compliance with relevant regulatory and other agency requirements, laws and statutes pertaining to the operation of the departments. Prepares and administers departmental budgets. Responsible for the department’s quality improvement program. Meets and consults with system leader to promote standardization across the system.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
Five years of marketing experience, including at least three years in a leadership role
Preferred:
Master’s degree
