Responsible for making sure business development accomplishes its growth goals and objectives. Participates in the development and implementation of business development strategy, business plans, program development including: pro forma, marketing, new service identification development and implementation.  Collaborates with other organizational leaders to cultivate sources of referrals and identify new clinical service offerings, including physicians.
 
 
  • Responsible for the overall management of strategic and operational business development and physician relationship activities, working closely with marketing and leadership.
  • Provides market feedback to leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generates product/service development ideas.
  • Drives increased revenue and profit to achieve growth objectives.
  • Plans and coordinates the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets. Collaborates with other leaders to develop marketing campaigns for new products and service offerings.
  • Collaborates and leads determination of need and cost benefit analyses for proposed new programs, equipment and service offerings
 
Required:

  • Baccalaureate degree in business, marketing, health care administration or related field.
  • Five years of business-raising and development experience including three years in a leadership/clinical management role in a hospital or physician office/clinic.
  • Previous experience working with physicians and hospital executives in marketing or public/community relation’s environment as a strategic partner. 

Preferred: 

  • Masters degree in business administration or health care administration
