Director Business Development
- Responsible for the overall management of strategic and operational business development and physician relationship activities, working closely with marketing and leadership.
- Provides market feedback to leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generates product/service development ideas.
- Drives increased revenue and profit to achieve growth objectives.
- Plans and coordinates the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets. Collaborates with other leaders to develop marketing campaigns for new products and service offerings.
- Collaborates and leads determination of need and cost benefit analyses for proposed new programs, equipment and service offerings
- Baccalaureate degree in business, marketing, health care administration or related field.
- Five years of business-raising and development experience including three years in a leadership/clinical management role in a hospital or physician office/clinic.
- Previous experience working with physicians and hospital executives in marketing or public/community relation’s environment as a strategic partner.
- Masters degree in business administration or health care administration
