Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field and minimum 7 years of fundraising or nonprofit experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role in a fundraising office.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience leading large scale fundraising events, programs and campaigns.
• 5 years experience managing a portfolio of donors and making gift requests at $100,000 and above.
• 5 years experience using donor management software
Preferred:
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications or related field
• Fundraising certification or Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation.
• 10 years experience in non-profit or hospital fundraising
• Experience with Raiser Edge NXT.
