Vice President Laboratory Services
Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic planning for all laboratory services across the system.
- Accountable for growth and expansion of laboratory services including new site development and acquisition strategies.
- Identifies, recommends and acts upon business opportunities related to laboratory services for McLaren.
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology
Laboratory certification by ASCP
Ten (10) years laboratory management experience in inpatient and outpatient environment.
Five (5) years management experience in a complex multi healthcare system or reference laboratory
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA/Advanced degree in management or other related course work
Experience in financial management, pro-forma development and business development
