Supervisor Finance
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, health care or related field.

Two years’ experience in progressively more responsible finance or accounting roles.

An equivalent combination an associate degree in accounting, business, health care or related field and an additional two years’ experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.
Preferred:
-
Experience and knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO and managed care functions (e.g. accounting/finance, reinsurance, EDI, marketing, administration, medical delivery, regulatory compliance, claims processing, membership/eligibility, contracting and risk arrangements and actuarial precepts)

Experience developing and presenting training materials.

Two years’ experience in a supervisory role for a staff of five or more members leading or assisting in all phases of effective supervision.
