RN Nurse Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate Degree or Higher in Nursing
Experience: Two years clinical experience in geriatric population. Three to Five years’ experience in a leadership positions managing direct reports. Prefer background experience in supervision, nursing, administration, or restorative services.
Licensure: Current license in the State of Michigan as Registered Nurse. Current certification (ALS) in CPR and AED or must obtain in first 60 days of position.
Skills: Nursing skills as defined in the laws governing the practice of nursing in Michigan. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, organizational, analytical and time management skills. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and accurately in English.
