Regional Director Cancer Services
- Bachelors
degree.
- Management
degree in Healthcare administration or Business Administration preferred.
- Clinical employment background desired.
- Five-ten
years of progressive management experience.
- Previous
work in oncology is desired.
- Ability
to communicate effectively with individuals both within and outside the
organization.
- Demonstrates
the ability to work in a fast paced environment utilizing tact, patience,
and diplomacy.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards of care
(such as ACOS and JCAHO) for Oncology Services.
- Demonstrated
knowledge of information systems concepts, budget processes, marketing
strategies and strategic planning methodologies.
