Project Worker
Position Summary: The Project Worker is responsible for maintaining hard floor and carpet surfaces to meet cleanliness standards for assigned areas.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Follows the Seven Step Cleaning Procedures and Departmental Floor Care Maintenance Procedures for assigned duties.
2. Strips, top scrubs and buffs floors as assigned.
3. Maintains carpet cleanliness.
4. Cleans corridors and elevators.
5. Cleans furniture; upholstered and non-upholstered.
6. Moves furniture as requested.
7. Performs Service Technician duties and responsibilities as assigned.
8. Ability to use floor equipment and perform minor mechanical repairs on the equipment.
9. Extensive contact with McLaren Oakland visitors, patients, and employees.
