Population Health Coordinator - Remote in Michigan
Required:
· Associate degree in business, information services or related field; or complete of a certification program such as APM (Associate in Project Management), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management).
· Two (2) years’ experience in process or project management.
Preferred:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, information services or related field.
· Two (2) years’ experience and knowledge of Population Health organizations, Managed Care, HMO or PPO operations.
· Knowledge of population health revenue cycle processes.
