Daily Work Times: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 6 PM / Friday 8 AM - 12 PM
Scheduled Biweekly Hours: 80
Pay Range: $36.49 - $54.74/hr (salaried)
*Sign-On Bonus $10,000 with 2-year full-time work commitment*
Position Summary:
Performs physical therapy treatments for patients referred to department. Conducts patient evaluation, performs documentation of patient progress, treatment planning and completes discharge functions.
Qualifications:
Required:

- Possess minimum of 5 years formal education and Bachelor/Master Degree/Doctorate in accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensure in State of
- Trained and educated in age-specific categories being served: infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
- Capable of spending 10-25% of time lifting, carrying, moving items weighing 25 pounds or more.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present self to people in courteous, tactful and poised manner.
