Patient Account Representative
Department: Imaging Center
Shift: Days
Daily Work Times: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Scheduled Hours per Pay: 80
Pay Range: $16.90 - $23.67
Position Summary
Provides clerical support to the Mid-Michigan Professional Recovery Program in a customer friendly and professional manner. Provides program information to new clients. Performs registration, posts charges and processes related information. Assists therapist with activities to enhance the program.
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Related courses preferred.
- Possess one year of related experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present self to people in a courteous, tactful, and poised manner.
- Familiar with and ability to use various software packages to include word processing and spreadsheet.
- Demonstrates the successful judgment and ability to understand, react effectively and treat (if appropriate) the unique needs of patient age groups served: Adult & geriatric.
