Occupational Therapist
Required:
• Current certification by the AOTCB (American Occupational Therapy Certification Board) or NBCOT Registration in Occupational Therapy (OTR).
• Current registration as Certified Occupational Therapist under Michigan Board of Occupational Therapists.
• Current Michigan driver’s license and proof of valid automobile insurance.
Preferred:
Minimum of one (1) year occupational therapy experience in physical disabilities
