Position Summary:
Qualifications:
- Possess BS degree with a major in Occupational Therapy.
- Possess 3-6 months of related experience.
- Trained and educated in age-specific categories being served: infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
- Capable of spending 1-10% of time lifting, moving or carrying items weighing 25 pounds or more.
- Current registration through the State of
- Maintain competencies to assure patient safety, i.e., CPR, Infection Control, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present self to people in courteous, tactful and poised manner.
Preferred:
- Current Certification and membership through the Michigan Occupational Therapy Association and AOTA.
