Net Revenue System Support
Responsible for assisting and supporting system implementations for Reimbursement, Revenue Integrity and Decision Support. Assist in creating improvements to processes and methods for Reimbursement, Revenue Integrity and Decision Support.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver system implementations for Reimbursement, Revenue Integrity, and Decision Support.
- Identifies reporting inconsistencies and develops standardized reports to provide leadership with consistent data for decision making purposes.
- Completes system reconciliations daily to ensure reporting is accurate.
- Provides reimbursement analysis support for new product line development, and for current product line analysis on an ongoing basis.
- Assists in the creation and preparation of monthly dashboard report for the net revenue analysis.
- Assists in the charge capture process, with reimbursement analysis support for the charge description master.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of prior experience in healthcare finance or healthcare financial analysis to include experience working with hospital clinical, claim, and financial data. Working with large databases, data extraction and analysis, ability to extract data and analyze using a variety of tools including SQL, Excel, Excel VBA, and Tableau.
Preferred: - Bachelors of Business Administration or Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
