Manager Trauma Program
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
· BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or Canadian equivalent, is required before start date and valid at least 60 days beyond start date.
· Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (Instructor certification preferred)
- TNCC certification or successful completion of Fundamental Critical Care Support is required or obtained within six months of hire
- Two years of experience in emergency nursing and trauma center environment or equivalent in OR, ICU in a trauma center environment; and two years of supervisory/management experience
Preferred:
· Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
· Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
· Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) or Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCN)
