Manager Corporate Net Revenue Modeling
Provides management of corporate contract management systems to assess the expected reimbursement of payor contracts impact on management decisions and proposals. Responsible for providing corporate financial management, leadership and support for initiatives, providing corporate net revenue reporting support, and management of corporate net revenue modeling staff.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provides analytical operations support using a variety of data sources. Analyzes and interpret data to provide information for management decisions.
- Identifies areas of opportunity, develops proposals and strategies for program development and revisions to existing programs.
- Identifies cost control and cost management issues and recommend actions to resolve.
- Oversees and/or assists with loading data, maintain contract standards, input reimbursement parameters, and verify system accuracy.
- Oversees and/or assists in the preparation of a variety of strategic and operational studies and analyses to improve system performance and make recommendations for operational improvements.
- Responsible for maintaining reporting and systems data integrity by verifying accuracy of data.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Five years’ experience in healthcare financial analysis, decision support, finance, or accounting.
- Two years demonstrated supervisory responsibility.
- Three years’ experience with multiple financial systems, reporting with hospital/physician clinical and financial data. Expertise working with large databases; data extraction and analysis. Knowledge of insurance payor contracting rates/methodologies.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration.
- Two years of previous leadership experience in healthcare financial analysis and system implementations.
