Manager Corporate Construction Project Management
Qualifications:
Required:
· Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or other related field and a minimum of six (6) years of recent experience in Construction, Facility Management, Architecture or other related field, or, Associate Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or other related field and a minimum of twelve (12) years of recent experience in Construction, Facility Management, Architecture or other related field.
· Healthcare construction experience.
· Hospital operations and hierarchy of leadership, including current healthcare facility systems, medical equipment and terminology.
· Current working knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and other pertinent life safety design and construction regulatory codes and guidelines.
· Familiar with AutoCAD / Revit, e-Builder, BIM, RS Means and/or related architectural design documentation and project management tools and programs.
Preferred:
· Experience using AutoCAD / Revit, e-Builder, BIM, RS Means and/or related architectural design documentation and project management tools and programs.
· One or more of the following active certifications required: Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP); Registered Engineer or Architect (PE/RA); or Certified Hospital Facility Manager (CHFM).
· One or more of the following active healthcare memberships: ASHE, AHA.
