Managed Care Quality Manager, Michigan
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health care or business-related field.
- Five (5) years’ experience performing quality management activities in a managed care organization, including HEDIS, NCQA, including at least two (2) years’ experience in a management with direct reports, leading or assisting in all phases of effective supervision (i.e. Recruitment, performance management, training).
Preferred:
- Five (5) years progressive experience in a leadership role in group health plan operations.
- Two (2) years’ experience with accrediting entities such as NCQA.
