Laboratory Logistics Supply Technician
Position Summary:
Responsible for the receipt, inspection and delivery of materials, and equipment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and distribution of all stock to individual departments, as well as stock for clients.
2. Routine rotation of stock and assisting in inventory control.
3. Assists in management of courier services for laboratory system.
4. Participates in lab quality assessment and continuous quality improvement activities.
5. Communicates and troubleshoots order errors and backorders with associated managers and supplies personnel.
6. Performs other duties as required or requested.

Required:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 months related experience.
Preferred:
• 3 months computer experience.
Position Specific Expectations:
• Basic understanding of ordering system.
• Ability to analyze inventory and follow proper protocols.
• Lifting 75 pounds or more with frequently walking and or carrying of objects.
• Knowledge of computerized inventory system, for the accurate allocation of supplies and equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Heavy Work: Lifting 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of
objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
