IT Access Management Technician
Position Summary:
The IT Access Management Engineer administers end-user access across a wide array of systems and applications. Following standardized operating procedures, the engineer undertakes the tasks of creating, modifying, and terminating access rights.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities As Assigned:
1. Creates Provision/deprovision access in various systems and ensuring least privilege provisioning.
2. Corrects access issues through logical deduction and reasoning.
3. Conducts access audits/reviews of security rights to ensure compliance.
4. Coordinates with all groups involved in access lifecycle.
5. Manages work load to include escalations and dynamic prioritizations.
6. Completes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
· High school diploma or GED.
· One year of experience working in an Identity & Access Management role
OR
· Associates degree or obtain Associates degree within 6 months of employment from an accredited college or university, preferably in computer science, information systems, business administration or another related field.
Preferred:
· Industry-specific certification such as CIST, CIMP, CIGE, CIAM, CAMS or other similar certifications
