Responsible for a variety of tasks and special projects supporting the Hospital Administration department and contributing to key strategic initiatives. 
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research: Gather data on various healthcare topics, industry trends, and operational best practices   
  • Assist with project planning an execution: Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables for administrative initiatives. This may include supporting efforts related to process improvement, patient experience, or community health programs.   
  • Support administrative tasks: Provide general administrative support to the Hospital Administration department, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and responding to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams: Work closely with various departments across the hospital to gather information, coordinate activities, and ensure project success.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interest in healthcare and hospital operations.
