Hospitalist
- Certified as a Physician of Hospital Medicine/American Board of Internal Medicine.
- Licensed in the state of Michigan to practice as a physician.
- Completion of three (3) or more years of residency in an accredited program or its equivalent as determined by the credentials committee.
- Board eligible or certified.
- Currently eligible under state and federal laws to prescribe all classes of narcotics and restricted drugs necessary for medical services.
