Hospice Home Health Aide
Required:
• Graduate from an accredited high school program.
• Successful completion of a written Home Health/Hospice competency test and the clinical skills testing, as evidence of the necessary skills for Home Health Aide employment. Test must be passed before the end of Employee’s probationary period.
• State CNA Certification
• Current Michigan driver’s license, proof of insurance, a reliable vehicle and be a responsible driver.
• Favorable references from all work places.
Preferred:
• Minimum 6-months to 1-year of experience with a variety of patients..
