Hospice Clinical Supervisor
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Two years progressive supervisory experience.
• One year experience in a Hospice setting.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of valid auto insurance.
Preferred:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN)

• Assist staff in identifying their care planning goals.
• Enhances professional growth through attendance at in-services, conferences, and professional organizations.
• Guides others to follow the established Care Paths and recommended alternatives to care.
• Demonstrates the ability to make decisions with confidence and in support of the agencies mission and goals.
