Job Title: Health Psychology Practicum Intern
Department: Med Ed Emergency Services
Shift: Days
Daily Work Times: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Scheduled Biweekly Hours: 32
Position Summary: Under the supervision of licensed staff psychologists, the Health Psychologist Practicum Student will provide psychological evaluation, consultation and intervention services for inpatients and outpatients within the medical setting, primary care behavioral health clinic setting, and within an outpatient mental health setting.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Masters Limited Psychology Educational Limited License in the State of Michigan
- Enrolled and actively a student within a doctoral-level program in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from a program approved by the American Psychological Association.
- Previous clinical experience.
Preferred:
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Doctoral Temporary Educational Limited License (TLLP) in the State of Michigan
