Electronic Medical Record Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst
Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate degree in a healthcare field, or information technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Equivalency is High school diploma plus 4 years of experience working in either healthcare reimbursement or as an IT analyst)
- Minimum 2 years (6 years without Associate degree) information systems support experience in one or more of the following Cerner Revenue Cycle disciplines:
- Charge Services /Revenue Integrity
- HIM
- Patient Access (Registration, Scheduling, CPM, Win32)
- Patient Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare revenue cycle or clinical experience (6 years without Associate degree)
- Ability to travel to offices in all McLaren Regions. Travel will be kept to a minimum, unless additional resources are needed.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or information technology field.
- Certifications in primary Cerner solution area or Project Management Professional (PMP) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS)
