Director Surgical Services
Required:
- Must have current Michigan Registered Nurse license.
- Must have either a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in nursing (Successful BSN candidates will be required to obtain a master’s degree in nursing within two (2) years from date of hire or transfer into the position.
- Five (5) years nursing management experience with measurable outcomes in:
*improving quality and patient safety;
*significant budget management;
*improving employee engagement
*improving patient experience of care.
Preferred:
- Five (5) years’ experience in acute care hospital setting and previous experience in process improvement is desirable.
