Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with five or more years relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Advanced coursework in specialized discipline preferred.
- Extensive experience in sound management practices, especially in the planning, development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures.
- Reasonable knowledge of and experience in a specialized technical field, e.g. accounting, human resources, student affairs, purchasing, computer science, library science, etc.
- Excellent oral and/or written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Reasonable personnel, financial or program management experience and knowledge required.
