Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care or related field.
- Seven (7) years’ experience in a progressively more responsible leadership role leading at least one core business function in call center, member services, or operations with at least three (3) years’ experience in a supervisor role leading a professional staff of five or more members in all phases of effective supervision.
Preferred:
- Five (5) years’ experience and knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO and Managed Care functions (e.g. accounting/finance, claims processing, membership/eligibility,).
