Dietitian
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition, clinical nutrition, public health nutrition, or a related area.
- Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential which is administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, the credentialing agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetic.
- Expertise in food/nutrition, food preparation and production experience.
Preferred:
- Prior experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment necessary in
providing nutritional therapy. - Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
- Current knowledge of treatment theories, practices and techniques per discipline.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Knowledge and skill with common office software applications.
- Compliance with the Code of Ethics and Guide for Professional Conduct.
