Data Analyst
Supports effective operations of the Finance department by assisting with performing quality and data related activities, including abstracting, compiling & collecting data, coordinating & preparing reports for the analysis of financial outcomes and measures.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Participates in and develops appropriate documentation to track program quality, volume, and financial metrics.
- Utilizes business intelligence software to extract, analyze, and interpret data in order to generate reports for data visualization.
- Participates in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives by facilitating the development of sub-groups, recording and communicating assignments, developing and circulating meeting agendas to get focused efforts on improving metric outcomes.
- Tracks the improvement of quality outcomes by exporting data updating dashboards in a timely manner.
- Monitors and assesses system performance metrics using tabular and graphical analysis tools. Reports on trends and/ or anomalies at regular intervals or as requested.

Required:
· Associate’s degree in business, health care or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, health care or related field.
· Financial data processing experience
