Ensures the overall administration and implementation of volunteer services. Responsible for ensuring that our organization is always staffed with the best and most reliable individuals and that they are correctly utilized for the fulfilment of our mission.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1.    Coordinates and implements the volunteer program.
2.    Sources and recruits volunteers through various techniques (databases, e-mail, social media etc.).
3.    Collects information on availabilities and skills; arranges for appropriate training when needed.
4.    Produces schedules for everyday activities; assigns responsibilities to the right people for special events.
5.    Coordinates teams of volunteers for large-scale actions.
6.    CommPosition Summary:unicates frequently with volunteers to ensure they are satisfied and well-placed.

Required:

•    Associate degree in business administration, human resources, social studies or relevant field.

Preferred:  

•    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, social studies or relevant field.
•    Experience in a healthcare setting.

Position/Subsidiary Specific:

McLaren Health Management Group Additional Requirements:

•    Valid driver’s license, proof of valid auto insurance, and maintain a driving record in accordance with McLaren’s corporate driving policy and eligibility guidelines.
