Coordinator Social Services Boulder Park Terrace
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Psychology or Social Service Designee Certification.
- Licensed Social Worker in the State of Michigan or Social Service Designee Certification.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Social Worker in a Skilled Nursing Facility or related experience.
