Coordinator Office
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, coordinates and oversees the daily administrative and clerical functions for the Department of Pharmacy and IV Therapy Services.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the flow of work through the office, develops work policies/procedures and maintains daily time schedules for subordinate personnel.
- Coordinates activities of Pharmaceutical Representatives including the provision of policies and procedures, maintenance of phone/address records and appointment schedules.
- In collaboration with the Pharmacy Practice Residency Coordinator, coordinates activities and schedules for Pharmacy Practice Residents.
- Functions as the department representative for all hospital and community-related activities (i.e., United Way Campaign, etc.).
- Maintains records of licensure for the department and creates/prepares a variety of specialized reports as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in related field preferred.
- One to two years' progressively more responsible secretarial experience in a health care setting.
