Coordinator Contract - Hybrid
Position Summary:
Performs day-to day functions and operations of contract preparation, coordination, execution, and maintenance for assigned subsidiaries.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities As Assigned:
- Manages a high volume of contract production and tracking for multiple subsidiaries.
2. Completes contract review using MHC guidelines and escalates contract issues appropriately.
- Prepares contract documents and correspondence, including contracts, addendums, renewals, emails, formal letters, and memoranda.
4. Coordinates and completes the standard contract execution process including the use of template agreements, reviewing, and executing contracts.
5. Prepares, organizes, and enters contracts in electronic database.
6. Maintains contract database, including contract status through coordination with leadership of assigned subsidiaries.
7. In coordination with Compliance Officer and Legal, identifies potential contract compliance concerns, conducts analysis, completes contract audits and reviews with recommendations.
8. Responsible for assigned subsidiary Business Associate Agreements, Data Use Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and Non-Disclosure agreements including creating, updating, and maintaining.
Qualifications:
Required:
· Associates degree in Legal or Paralegal or related field
· Two years of experience in contract management
Preferred:
- Paralegal certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Paralegal, or related field
- Certification in Lean Management
