Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist -$30,000 Sign on Bonus
Required:
- Licensed as a CRNA with the State of Michigan
- Graduate of an approved school of Anesthetist by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetist.
- Must be certified by the AANA and be recertified every two years.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- NRP certification.
- PALS certification.
- NRP certification or NLSP within three (3) months of initial credentialing
