Business Development Specialist
Position Summary:
Helps develop and promote the brand of the organization. Fashions new ways to make the business grow and thrive in the face of competition. Develops business ideas to improve the sales record of the organization. Participates fully in gathering contacts and databases for the organization.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Assists with developing and implementing effective business development strategies.
2. Assesses financial projections and business plans of the organization.
3. Evaluates the business expansion needs and start-up for the organization, especially when there is push into new business environments.
4. Collects and analyzes accurate data from ratio analysis, trends, cash flows, income statements and balance sheets.
5. Liaises with any program geared towards business development by the organization in provision of technical assistance to clients, including market plans, business evaluation, projected cash flows and financial performance.
6. Creates a business development database in order to evaluate performance and organize client and prospective client information.

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or relevant related field.
• Proven work experience as a business development specialist.

• Current state driver’s license, current proof of insurance, a reliable vehicle and maintain a driving record according to McLaren corporation standards.
