Position Summary:
Working under general direction, is responsible for operational and facility access processes (the process of creating, maintaining, and removing user accounts to various systems, ensuring the right level of access at the right time). Working under established guidelines, policies and protocols, this position ensures the proper access to applications and systems and services for each user as applicable for their position. Works with sensitive data and systems throughout the course of their daily work, providing customer support to resolve access related issues. Provides front desk coverage during established business hours and general maintenance support.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate Degree in computer applications or related field
or
- Two (2) years combined related education and experience
and
- One (1) year detail and audited alpha and numeric data entry
Preferred:
- Two (2) years of experience in a HMO, Managed Care Organization, government regulated health organization or group health insurance environment;
- System access training or experience.
- Knowledge and skills required for general minor building maintenance.
